Namitha, the glamour queen of the South is finally going to speak Malayalam on screen. She will foray into Mollywood donning the female lead in the new film by Pramod Pappan titled ‘Black Stallion’. The movie will have Kalabhavan Mani in the lead with support from Bala in an important role. It is rumored that Namitha has been offered a twenty five lakh as remuneration, the highest ever for a Mollywood heroine, for her first outing in Mollywood. Well, if you think that you have seen enough skin show from Namitha, you are wrong. The sensational doll would now be seen in a more glamourous avatar is her upcoming flick Indiravizha. Director of this film, K. Rajeshwar has confirmed that the actress had never been depicted so glamourously in her previous films. Namitha would be seen playing the character of a satellite channel owner Kaamini seducing her ex-lover Santhosh (Srikanth) who’s already married to Savithri enacted by Hema Malini.

“Billa” is the story of a don, a police officer and a look alike of don.Since 1978 (Don, starring Amitabh Bachchan was released) there have been 6 remakes of the original in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam which makes Meher Ramesh’s “Billa” the 7th remake of Don. However, this Telugu version is heavily inspired by the 2007 Tamil film, “Billa” starring Ajith, Nayanathara, Namitha. Some say, this telugu version is a complete rip off of that Tamil Version. You must have seen atleast one of those 7 films made till date and if you happen to be a movie buff, chances are that you might have seen atleast 4-5 remakes of the Original “Don”. This is exactly where everything starts going against “Billa”(Telugu).
